Welcome to Shamator College. Friends, we all are fighting a hard battle to keep ourselves fit to survive in this fiercely competitive world. There is no place for the mediocre today. Keeping this in view, it has been our constant endeavor to give the best to our students in terms of knowledge and enlightenment so as to enable them to become employable graduates and to cope up with the challenges of the modern world. To prove our commitment we are able to produce university toppers every year for the last few consecutive years.
“Learning is the process of discovery of knowledge within the mind…” History of education passes from preparing man how to read and write to the present level of Innovative Education improvising the resources, which are at hand. The knowledge explosion is no more confined in the mere grasping of bookish knowledge but creating and cultivating something beyond this, which are of moral, spiritual, and value. This is what we call holistic development.

Shamator College holds fresher’s social
Shamator College organised its 2nd freshers’ day programme on August 12 at Youth Hall, Shamator town. The speaker Dr. Kinitoli yeptho, principal of the college exhorted the students to strive not just to complete their degree but to excel in all academic and various skill development programmes which the college offers. He said the college focus in making the students a better human being, believing in inspiring minds, improving intellectual capacity and building characters. Invocation prayer was pronounced by Aienla, assistant professor; The programme was compered by Lumrila and Kehoto of 3rd Semester; welcome note was delivered by Mukamchem, president Shamator College Students Union; speech on behalf of the freshers was presented by Yantsula and benediction was pronounced by Yanjila, assistant professor.
